The successful Senior Building Surveyor will predominantly focus on professional work including; dilapidations, party wall matters, reinstatement-cost assessments, project management and many other areas.

As the successful Senior Building Surveyor, you will be working primarily with high class commercial property and a blue-chip client base.

The Role of The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will include;

• Contract administration
• Building surveys
• Dilapidations
• Party wall matters
• Project management

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will have;

• Client-focused demeanour
• Ability to assist with the development of colleges
• Excellent communication skills
• MRICS (2 years + PQE)
• Confidence in building new contacts

In Return, The Successful Senior Building Surveyor will receive;
