A rare client side opportunity leading the estates team with a shared portfolio of over 400 trading stores. Your role will be to manage risks, costs and leases over the whole estate, aligning the requirements and terms of the business.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your new role as a Senior Surveyor you will need to have a good background and experience in rent and lease reviews. This role requires a strong individual with excellent negotiation skills within the assets and property sector.
