APC Building Surveyor

Our client is one of the most recognised consultancies within the UK, who employ over 500 staff across 14 offices. Due to an increasing workload and new business. They are now looking to expand and appoint an APC Building Surveyor to the team in Tunbridge Wells.

The opportunity will see you delivering technical expertise in building surveying with a special interest in areas of design & specification. 

You will work alongside the Senior/Managing surveyors, interacting daily with clients and will encompass other duties such as; Surveys, Inspections, Delivery and management of project teams, Party wall awards, Dilapidations and more. 

You will be challenged with managing small to midsize projects, that will test your communication and management skills, providing a great level of autonomy and support when needed from your senior peers.

The successful candidate will be motivated, driven, and prepared to go the extra mile. 

You will have a RICS accredited degree, and can display theoretical and practical knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. 

It is important that you are organised, professional and committed with a good understanding of project and professional services.
