This is a well rounded Building Surveying role, covering dilaps, compliance, condition management and stakeholder management.

Client Details

One of the UK's leading Pub Companies with over 3000 sites, being both traditional leased and tenanted and managed house pubs. They collaborate with experienced experts in the pub and leisure industries to drive forward new, attractive offerings and brands to the UK Market along side the successful running of their established pub business model.

They are investing heavily in their property team currently to push forward a plan of development and improvement across their national portfolio of property. My client are well known in the industry for developing their teams and promoting through organic growth.

Description

Working to improve the general condition of the leased estate this Building Surveying role is shaping the future business of this company. Changing the way they interact with their internal stakeholders.

Work with the senior management to develop a strategic plan to roll out this new approach

Providing Technical advice and assistance to Landlords and Tenants with their obligations as per their lease agreements.

Working with the Landlords and Tenants to ensure statutory compliance is adhered to across the portfolio.

Managing Dilapidations and remedial repairs within your geographical remit.

This is a unique opportunity to join a newly formed team and help mould and implement the compliance strategy in a highly visible and business critical role.

Profile

You will be an experienced Building Surveyor with a track record of managing dilapidations, knowledge of the associated legalities.

You will ideally hold a relevant chartered membership; MRICS or MCIOB

Operated in a commercial or retail environment with a fast paced property function.

Strong understanding of working with lease/tenancy agreements.
