We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to fill a permanent opening with a company located in the City Centre of Edinburgh. Interested candidates will have the opportunity to work on projects in the Residential, Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Hotel sectors.


Requirements of the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

·Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
·At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience with provable technical delivery experience
·Significant exposure to, and good working relations with, private and public sector clients
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
·Good technical pre contract knowledge

On offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

This position a salary of £45,000 to £50,000, full autonomy on projects and a positive work life balance
