Building Surveyor, 3 month contact, covering the Wiltshire and surrounding area, immediate start

Your new company
You will be working as a building surveyor on initially a 3 month contract. You will be working for a brilliant Public Sector organisation covering the Wiltshire area. You will be offered flexible working hours and home working may be available.

Your new role
You will be working for a Public Sector organisation covering the Wiltshire patch. You will be overseeing a wide range of contract from kitchen and bathroom to painting contracts. You will also be managing refurbishment contracts. You will be carrying out structural building surveys as well as maintenance work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a technically qualified building surveyor with a range of experience. Ideally you will be qualified to HNC level and above. You will need to be experienced in Public Sector works including looking after housing stock. You will need to be enthusiastic and able to hit the ground running as this is a temporary contract.
