Associate Director - Building Surveyor (West End)

Associate Director (Chartered Building Surveyor) required at one of the West End's leading SME's, my client are 50 surveyors strong and is seeking a talented individual to join the team.

A professional organisation who have been providing property expertise for over 30 years, this successful firm work with prestigious clients across the commercial sector. Due to the increased workload a position in the building surveying team has arisen working out of their modern West End offices.

The position available is for an experienced individual to work autonomously, you'll be a lead consultant on serval projects up to £25m. Projects are located across Zone 1 and 2, my client pride themselves on offering outstanding service from inception to completion.

Responsibilities;

• Project Management
• Contract Administration
• PPM
• Party Wall Matters
• Dilapidations
• Building/Acquisition Surveys

Successful surveyor;

• MRICS (4 years + PQE)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commercially aware
• Client facing
