Hays Property & Surveying is excited to be working in partnership with Oxbury who are a professional practice of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the delivery of residential and mixed-use projects throughout East Anglia. Due to continued success and growth, they have created an opportunity in their Cambridge branch for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work as a Project Surveyor / Employers Agent. 

Oxbury have a wide client base where you will get involved in a wide variety of projects in multiple sectors including one off residential dwellings to complete estate regeneration schemes; Master Plans; Commercial Offices; Industrial; Infrastructure and Leisure. You will benefit from working alongside and being mentored by experienced surveyors who will provide guidance and continued support throughout your APC and beyond. 

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent or if you have a degree from a different discipline and have an interest in the construction industry then Oxbury can offer to support you to complete a post-graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying. 

In return Oxbury are offering the following benefits: 

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience and a relevant qualification)
  • Location allowance equivalent to 10% of your base salary
