Senior Estates Surveyor
Interim - Berkshire
6 month +
£40ph - £45ph
My client is looking for a Senior Estates Surveyor to join their fast paced Corporate Property Team on a 6 month interim contract. You will assist on a number of major property projects, as well as dealing with all estates management issues arising on the Commercial property portfolio.
Your day to day role will include:
- Negotiating rent reviews and lease renewals
- Assignments
- Assisting in the procurement and supervision of external consultants
- Dealing with all tenant enquiries, and general enquiries from the public
- Manage property disposals and seeking out opportunities for disposal and development which are economically beneficial.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be MRICS or will have strong relevant commercial estates experience and will be familiar with the workings of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 as amended.
