An industry leading project and construction consultancy are seeking an Associate Building Surveyor to join and assist in the expansion of their Central Birmingham team.

The successful Associate Building Surveyor will have experience of delivering a broad-spectrum of traditional building surveying services and be comfortable acting as a key client-interface and managing a team of surveyors (assistants to seniors).

As the successful Associate Building Surveyor, you will also be expected to build a portfolio of key client relationships both internally and externally.

The Role of the successful Associate Building Surveyor will include;

• Project delivery and acting as contract administrator
• Core professional services
• New business development/client liaison
• Manage a team of surveyors

The Successful Associate Building Surveyor will have;

• MRICS (3+ years PQE)
• Experience running projects to completion
• Competent in carrying out professional services
• A client-facing demeanour and business development background
• Ability to manage and develop a team
