Senior Quantity Surveyor

PQS/ Consultancy - London (London Liverpool Street Station)

A historic Quantity Surveying private practice are seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor who has a successful track record of running projects from inception to completion.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will take ownership of a number of different residential, education, and heritage schemes across London and the South East.

Good pre and post contract knowledge is essential as you work independently.

The Quantity Surveyor

  • BSc or RICS related degree
  • Previous consultancy/ private practice experience
  • Able to work independently
  • Pre & post contract knowledge
  • Client facing
  • JCT or NEC contract experience
