A leading development consultancy based in Birmingham that deliver projects nationwide are looking to bring in a hands on, dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage their vibrant young team and take over project responsibility across a variety of sectors.

  • Feasibility Estimates
  • Cost Planning
  • Risk Management
  • Value Management
  • Cost Benchmarking
  • Production of Tender Documentation
  • Assessment and Reporting on Tender Returns
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Advice on Procurement options
  • Advice on Forms of Contract
  • Preparation of Interim Certificates
  • Cost Reporting and Cost Managing
  • Negotiating and Agreeing Final Accounts

The Senior Quantity Surveyors Role

This role will be suitable for a Project Level Quantity Surveyor that is ready to make the transition towards Senior. This is a genuinely exceptional opportunity to work with an intelligent, hard working team that provide a high quality service to their clients.
