Job Details

My client is looking for a Senior/Associate level Building Surveyor & Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Cambridge.

You will predominately be focusing on Residential & Higher Education sectors, however there may be elements of others as and when required.

Employers Agent and Project Management plays a big part in this role as well as traditional Building/Quantity Surveying so experience within all is desired.

Candidate background

  • Degree Educated in relevant field
  • MRICS preferable however not essential
  • 4+ year's experience
  • Knowledge of both Quantity Surveying and Building Surveying
  • Employers Agent/Project Management experience
  • Passionate with a view to progress
  • Excellent communication and written skills
