Commercial Valuation Surveyor, W1
A leading multi- disciplinary property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join the offices based in the W1.
The Commercial Valuation Surveyor will join the established team providing strategic valuation advice to clients. In order to provide reliable and current values of commercial properties you will work close with the other departments.
Providing a broad range of valuation advice for a range of purposes that include loan security, portfolio valuations, development appraisals and Expert Witness reports across all commercial asset classes.
In order to be considered for the role you WILL:
- Be RICS Qualified & a Registered Valuer
- Have completed commercial valuation reports
