An independent property and construction consultancy are seeking a commercially-minded Senior Building Surveyor to join their West Essex team.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will work closely with the Building Surveying Partner, be involved with team development whilst carrying out a varied client-facing Building Surveying role.

The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be joining a Top50 consultancy, be based in a modern West Essex office and will work across sectors including leisure, mixed-use and hotels.

The Role:

This is a varied role for a Senior Building Surveyor seeking improvement to their work/life balance whilst working within a close-knit team.

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor:

• Private practice/consultancy building surveying experience
• MRICS preferred
• Self-motivated and organised
• Essex based
• A client-facing demeanour
