Interested candidates will ideally have a wealth of building surveying experience with previous experience of taking on a CDM Coordinator role.

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

• Previous experience of taking on a CDM Coordinator role
• Experience of working on public buildings and education projects
• Available to start at short notice as this is an urgent requirement
