Your new company Is a leading international consultancy! This role is based in the heart of Manchester, centrally located and accessible by tram, train, bus.

The office you will be based in is located in a stunning office with some of the best bars and restaurants next door! This consultancy has many public-private partnerships that are vast in scope and are vital to development across many different areas of the UK.

Will mainly be conducting corporate building surveying duties, including dilapidation surveys and pre-acquisition work. However what is most important to this position is your attitude to get stuck into a meaty workload and a willingness to grow and learn within a multi-disciplinary environment. As workload is constantly being increased a mix of backgrounds are suitable for this position.

Project values working for this company range from £100,000 to £150M and will have you working across multiple sectors from schools to corporate office space, demolition and rural estate/conservation surveys.

As a chartered surveyor you will be required to sign off on any work that has to take place, consequently, you will be a conscientious and diligent individual and consistent in your professional approach to tackling a high profile project. As you progress opportunity to manage a team and have greater influence will be open to you!
