Job Details
Our clients are a small construction consultancy specialising in Employer's Agent services in both pre and post contract stages for Residential Design & Build schemes throughout the South West. Following recent success, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor/Employer's Agent to join their team in Bristol.
They're ideally looking for someone with a minimum of 8 years' in a consultancy environment to join their team where you will be responsible for delivering residential schemes ranging up to 200 units. Candidates must have previous experience delivering projects in the Residential sector. This is a great opportunity to join a close knit team working on local projects, offering a good work-life balance with a competitive salary package.
Requirements:
- MRICS qualified
- BSc Quantity Surveying degree
- Minimum of 8 years' previous experience in a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects in the Residential sector is essential
- Employer's Agent experience is essential
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full UK drivers licence
