Senior Building Surveyor job in Leeds with leading construction consultancy

This is an international property consultancy who have a range of work with major public and private sector clients across Yorkshire, who are seeking to add to their strong team.

Your new role
You will be supporting the team with planned maintenance and improvement schemes on local authority buildings, project values ranging from £10K to £1million. You will also undertake condition surveys on a variety of properties, carry out dilapidation negotiations, contract administration of refurbishments in various educational establishments.

What you'll need to succeed
Good AutoCAD skills, MRICS and knowledge of safe working. You will have a strong background working with a commercial portfolio.
