An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Acquisitions Surveyor to join this clientside organisation who acquire commercial property within the South East. You will seek out and acquire suitable commercial and residential investment and development opportunities for the company in line with the acquisition budget. You will be expected to be capable of carrying out a high degree of due diligence in the appraising the properties and be able to clearly present the researched opportunities to the Directors. The position plays an important role in the growth strategy of the portfolio. Ideally you will be MRICS qualified with a background in property acquisitions.
