  • £55,000 - £75,000 + package, depending on experience


My client are a well established and successful consultancy based a stones throw from Old Street station. Their project work is high-end within the arts & culture sector, commercial fit out, and super-prime residential. With such high-end and high-spec project work, they need a Senior Cost Manager with a strong eye for detail and excellent client relationship skills.

With proven experience in a consultancy environment, my client are needing someone with both pre and post contract experience, and ideally previous experience in the arts, culture, commercial and / or residential experience.

The successful Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor will also offer the following:

  • A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally MRICS or close to obtaining
  • Proven success working for a consultancy in the UK
  • Proven client relationship / stakeholder management experience
  • A team player attitude
  • Pre and post contract experience
