My client are one of the top consultancies in the UK. Their name is on some of the most prestigious and highly saught after projects in London, and as a result they offer exciting and challenging careers.

Their busy team are looking for a Senior Cost Manager to cover a range of unique projects ranging from Art Gallery refurbishments, to new build Museums, TV sets, and Pharmaceutical Labratories. With the range of projects on the go, they need someone who has a range of sector experience, pre AND post-contract experience, and someone who can take initiative and think on their feet.

It would be suited to someone with 5-10 years experience, a confident go-getter, and a client-facing Senior level Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor.

The successful Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor will offer the following:

• A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
• MRICS or an association with another professional academic body
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven success working for a construction consultancy in the UK
• Proven team supervision experience, and the ability to lead by example
• A confidence with client work and pre and post-contract
• Ideally proven experience working across a range of sectors
• New Build and Fit out / Refurbishment experience is also essential
