Job Details

Conrad Consulting is currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to join our client in Cheshire.

Interested candidates must be a highly experienced Building Surveyor with experience of working on both public and private sector projects up to £1m in value.

Our Client: Independent multi-disciplinary consultancy who have offices throughout the UK working with clients in both the public and private sectors.

Projects: Education, local authority, universities, commercial and retail

The role of the Building Surveyor:

  • Planned maintenance and improvement schemes on local authority and education projects
  • Undertake condition surveys, report writing, party wall awards, dilapidations
  • Contract administration and management of refurbishment projects

Requirements of the Building Surveyor:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Good AutoCAD skills
  • Sound knowledge of drafting technical documents including bids
  • Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements
