Your new company

Your new role
As the Project Manager you will deliver predominantly commercial projects including office refurbishments and fit-outs. Working alongside the agency team, you will run projects from inception to completion ready to be let or sold. This will include producing condition surveys, dilapidation projects and contract administration.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be an experienced Project Manager and ideally have completed commercial projects, especially office refurbishments. You should be able to work independently as well as within a small team and have excellent verbal and written skills.
