Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate QS - London

A modern, career focused Cost Management consultancy are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong post contract experience.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a Quantity Surveying Director, taking responsibility for large scale healthcare and other public sector schemes.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will also work alongside the Quantity Surveying team focusing on the delivery of projects and managing client expectations and objectives.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

  • Deliver the entire project
  • Produce cost plans and cost reports
  • Liaise with clients
  • Attend meetings

The Quantity Surveyor

  • Previous experience of delivering healthcare projects
  • Professionally qualified in quantity surveying
  • Good management skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Strong post contract knowledge
