Head of Professional - London

This Limited Liability Partnership based in London are embarking on an strategic growth plan and are adding to their Investment and Professional teams. As part of the firms succession plan they are identifying the new wave of Partners that will help take their reputable and established name into the future.

They have a requirement for a Head of their Professional team, who ideally will concentrate on Landlord & Tenant work. As a team they occasionally are involved with some CPO, rating and valuations work but it would be down to the new Head of the team to put together their own ideas and plan about how they would want the team to grow.

We would be interested in having a confidential chat with any experienced L&T Surveyor who has at least 6/7 years PQE as this role could appeal to an ambitious Associate Director looking for the next step in their career, or an established Partner who is already at equity participation level.
