Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is MRICS qualified who has experience of a range of commercial projects gained whilst working for a firm of PQS.

This is a great opportunity to join a go ahead smallish firm of private practice quantity surveyors in the City of London offering a good range of projects to work on including hotels, museums, offices, residential and more.

THE CLIENT

Our client is a go ahead firm of private practice quantity surveyors with an office in the City of London.

They are working on a good range of generally high value projects including hotels, museums, offices, residential and more.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be from recently chartered as a Quantity Surveyor to more senior level.

You should have gained your experience working for a firm of private practice quantity surveyors.

You will need to be able to run your own projects and supervise a graduate if required.

You will be involved in both Pre and Post Contract duties on a number of projects including cost planning, tendering, site valuations, cost reporting, cost management and agreement of final accounts.

You will be involved in the full project process from initial client engagement through to project delivery.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills as you will deal directly with clients.

Salary will be very negotiable most likely in the range of £50000 to £55000 per annum plus pension and bonus according to experience plus RICS support.
