A well-established award winning firm of Chartered Surveyors are looking for a Lease Advisory surveyor to join their West End office. The company prides themselves on the high level of service they provide to their clients with the Directors in the business having fostered strong and lasting relationships within the market.

With a substantial work load at the present this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious surveyor to join the business and take significant ownership of their own workload. The position would ideally suit a recently qualified MRICS Surveyor who has hand on experience of lease renewals, rent renewals, PACT and arbitration submissions. Candidate with more experience will also be considered at an increased salary level.

As well as manging your own work load you will alongside the Directors assisting in identifying and winning new business from both new and existing clients. For the right candidate there is significant opportunity for quick progression within the business.
