Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit an in-house Valuation Surveyor on behalf of a Financial services provider, in Bristol. The company have recently established a Property arm to the business and are looking to bring the Professional work in house. They have a high net worth client base and provide advice on purchasing and investing in commercial property and developing commercial assets/real estate.
The property portfolio comprises of mainly commercial assets, around 6,000 across the UK including; retail, offices, light industrial and some hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large caseload of Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews, along with dealing with some complex lease restructuring transactions.
It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with a sound understanding of L&T and a proven track record within this market.
On offer is a remuneration package, demonstrable with the candidate's experience.
