Residential Valuations Surveyor

Joshua Robert Recruitment are working alongside a leading Surveying business based in the Midlands with over 10 offices nationwide who are recruiting a Chartered Valuations Surveyor and Registered Valuer to head up and develop a growing Residential Valuations and Surveying Practice.

The business has had strong success within the Building Surveying world, their Valuations team are now looking for an ambitious Valuations Surveyor to really drive forward the departments business, focusing on panel management, this is a role that will lead to Partnership for the right person.

You will oversee a team of Valuers (1 Experienced & 2 Graduates) developing them in their careers and offering your expert advise on all matters relating to - Residential Valuations, HomeBuyer Surveys and Reports, Schedule of Conditions and associated duties, you will be looking after an existing client base with opportunity to develop further, as such, drive, determination and a burning desire to build a successful Valuations practice are all personal attributes, key to being successful in this role.

You will be a RICS Registered Valuer and Chartered Surveyor, with experience operating across the Midlands region & further afield.

In return you will receive an annual salary of £50,000 - £55,000, executive level company car & regular salary reviews, you will have a clear and defined route to partnership and the opportunity to build your own practice within an already successful organisation
