Partner, Building Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has been created for a Partner and Chartered Building, to join one of the UK’s prevalent top 20 Consultancies and jointly lead a 20 strong team in London.

This privately-owned Consultancy has a network of offices in the UK, employing in excess of 600 professionals and offering full consultancy services through the built and developing environment. The business has solid foundation of clients, is regarded as one of the more dynamic advisors in today’s market, respected for the straight forward advice they give. Thanks to this the last three year for the business have been very special, growing their client base, increasing head count and in turn doubling profit levels.

This opportunity is to work with a fellow Partner in developing the service line within the Commercial sectors, looking particularly at offices, industrial and retail within Greater London. Targeting institutional investors, developers, REITs and Corporate End-Users. It is expected that you will take an active and successful involvement in identifying, marketing and winning new client instructions. 

You will have a degree with in building surveying or a related technical discipline. Be a chartered building surveyor with the RICS. It is essential that you have a good breadth of experience with in Professional and Project duties with in commercial sectors. You will have a solid track record, have a strong technical background and be seen as a leader by your peers. This opportunity is well suited to an outgoing personality who has demonstrable experience at delivery and is used to competing for the orders. You will be a thought leader who has the vision and the drive to take a successful business unit to the next level. You may currently be an Associate, Partner or Director with in a private practice in Central London or Surrounding areas.

In return you will be very well compensated, in basic package, benefits and receive a bonus based upon your and the business’s success. This is a salaried Partner’s vacancy and there is a very real opportunity of progressing through the business and achieving an equity stake in the short term.
