Associate Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director (Mayfair London)
The Director of an expanding Consultancy in the vibrant and extravagant area of Mayfair London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor who will help reduce the Director's current workload, thus allowing him to focus more on Business Development.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
Based in the Consultancy's magnificent, modern offices in Mayfair, the Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a hands-on, project focused role.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be taking projects from the initial feasibility through to completion, guiding and aiding less experienced Quantity Surveyors, and you will assist with business development.
The Quantity Surveyor
The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have a minimum of 10 years Consultancy experience and have a successful track record of delivering projects within the residential, hotel, or retail sectors.
You will have experience of running projects valuing up to £50 million and have no issue working for a small consultancy.
You will be straight talking, honest, socialable and good with clients.
