Our client is a well-established firm of surveyors and project managers based in the City of London who have in recent years added the Quantity Surveying / Cost Management discipline to the business after recruiting an impressive QS Partner to grow and develop this team.

The team is currently lean but strong and constantly winning new work through external and existing leads. Due to recent project wins, they are looking to bring on hard working, driven, and client-facing Cost Managers - Opportunities are available at an Intermediate to Senior and Associate level.

This is an opportunity to work in a truly client facing environment across the high end residential, mixed use, retail and commercial office sectors for private developers and funds; and an opportunity to be involved in the growth of a new department for a reputable firm.

The Intermediate / Senior level Cost Manager will be tasked with project delivery and potentially managing junior staff, plus you will be dealing with clients regularly. The Associates will be head of sectors / teams and tasked with business development. All with a voice within the business and its future success!

Everyone within the firm is involved with client liaison and growing their own network while delivering interesting schemes and working with / learning from other industry professionals. With that in mind, this role would suit individuals who want to progress quickly and be involved in more than just day to day quantity surveying but rather become a well-rounded QS and business professional.
