Senior Project Manager

A superb opportunity for a senior project manager who is looking to join an entrepreneurial and ever evolving multi-disciplinary construction consultancy has become available. Our client service offering covers project and cost management, building surveying, health and safety and CAD/BIM services.

About the client; 

The firm was set up fifty years ago by two prominent partners who have since created a superb environment for their staff to develop professionally as well as offering their clients the best service. The company’s main ethos is all about integrity, service excellence and reliability. The majority of the senior management team have growth through the business. The main sectors they cover residential, commercial, education and retail with project values ranging from £2 million to £30 million.

As a senior project manager you will be responsible for taking control of a significant project or multiple projects, managing external sub-consultants and because of the company ethos it is vital to be developing more junior members of staff. The clients you will deliver are on behalf of multi-national financial services provider, high-end residential developers, universities, London boroughs and leading housing associations.

About you;

You will have a degree or higher in a construction related subject and be professionally qualified. Ideally you will be used to running low to mid value projects and looking to work on more interesting and complex schemes. You will be well versed in delivery experience, the management of a team and business development. Having experience in the aforementioned sectors is desirable. Due to the projects you will be working in London it will be very handy to have good knowledge of Rights of Light, Party Wall, S106 requirements.

• Base salary dependent on experience
