Assistant Project Manager

I have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to join a leading consultancy in their London office. This role will suit someone who has around 2 to 3 years of experience in the role of an Assistant Project Manager with a background in Construction ideally in a Consultancy. 

You will be a high-calibre graduate looking for a technical challenge where you will be client focused and looking for a career as part of a Project Management team. Experience in project and people leadership and a background in Building Surveying or Construction management will be useful. 

Some of your responsibilities will include:

> Leading the delivery of challenging construction projects from inception to completion
> Conceiving and implementing project delivery strategies
> Developing the client's brief and defining project scope
> Procuring and Managing project team members
> Developing strategic project programmes
> Value and Risk Management
> Monitoring and reporting project progress 
> Client liaison
> Securing construction contracts and administration
