Real Estate Analyst- Alternatives, W1, £40000 to £50000 pa
A leading consultancy is seeking a real estate analyst to join the market leading team based in W1.
Alternatives is the one of the fastest growing markets internationally, attracting significant interest from investors. A role has come up to support the established team advising a range of clients that include lenders, operators, developers and funds.
The analyst will be researching the market in the wider alternatives sector (to include healthcare, hotels and hotels). You will be responsible for completing development appraisals, feasibility studies and cash flow analysis on schemes throughout the UK and EU providing advice on transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading independent consultancy with a clear career path.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate a proven track in research and analysis and ideally come from a real estate background.
