Job Details
We are currently recruiting a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a well-established team, for a leading national property consultancy in their Newcastle office.
They seek a ‘generalist’ Building Surveyor ideally at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level to conduct professional work and contract administration instructions for both investors and occupiers, with the majority of work being in the commercial office and industrial areas.
You will be client facing, and be free to work with a great deal of autonomy in the role. You should also be motivated to assist in business development efforts within the team.
