A Lincoln based surveying practice seeks an experienced senior building surveyor. There is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their own role in the company as it expands. Within the role there is potential for partner status and also to work hours to promote a good work / life balance.

The applicant will have good technical and building pathology knowledge and will be responsible for completing defect reports, condition surveys, building surveys and project management. The candidate should also have a good knowledge of JCT contracts and preferably party wall experience.

The role will also require business development of new and existing clients.

The successful applicant will have:-

• MRICS qualification with a minimum two years experience.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Drive and enthusiasm.
• A good client facing approach.

The salary is negotiable and depending upon the right candidate. There is also the opportunity to help develop further this successful building surveying practise.
