My client are one of the top Real Estate and Property organisations in the UK, and with a huge global reach too. Their London EMEA team are busier than ever, and they are on the hunt for an experienced Bid Manager.

With proven success working in a similar Bids / Marketing role within the commercial sector (or similar fast paced property and construction sectors), they need someone with an excellent eye for detail, a mind for strategy, and the capacity to be efficient in the role immediately.

Ideally you will have proven experience working for a consultancy or client-side organisation in the UK, and you will also have experience managing sales pipelines, budgets, and communicating with Business Development professionals on marketing strategies.

The successful Bid Manager will offer the following:

Essential

• Successful track record of bid delivery and management
• Excellent communication, written, project and programme management and presentation skills
• Strong commercial understanding
• Expertise in MS Office Word and PowerPoint
• Competence in MS Office Excel Ability to compile, summarise and clearly present large amounts of information
• Strong data analysis skills

Desirable

• Knowledge of the UK construction market specifically Commercial fit out if possible
• Experience of having carried out market and opportunity analysis
• Relevant degree in Marketing and/or Construction
• Competence in use of MS Project
