Project Manager - Czech speaking

THE ROLE

This is an excellent opportunity for a PROJECT MANAGER who has fluent Czech and English with good experience n the construction industry who is keen to join a large firm of construction consultants in based at any of their UK offices (e.g. London, Edinburgh, Cardiff) with site visits to the construction site in Prague.

The initial project is a large hotel refurbishment plus a new build conference centre.

THE CLIENT

The client is a firm of construction consultants with offices across the U.K. and some overseas in Europe.

They work on project management and cost management across a range of sectors.

THE CANDIDATE

My client is now seeking a Project Manager who speaks and writes fluent Czech and English with good construction industry project management experience.

You will need to have gained good construction project management experience having worked for a firm of construction consultants so you will have good front end PM experience right through project delivery.

You should be able to run a construction project from inception to project delivery.

You will need to have a Degree or Diploma in Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Construction Project Management, Architecture or Civil / Structural Engineering or similar built environment degree and you may also be RICS or MAPM or similarly qualified.

You will need to have excellent organisation and client facing skills along with being highly computer literate.

Salary is very negotiable according to experience and my client will consider intermediate and senior level project managers for this role.

On top of salary there is also a car allowance, pension contribution, bonus scheme etc.
