A fantastic opportunity has arisen with one of Manchester's top building consultancy firms, offering specialist building surveying, cost and project management services to clients in the residential, commercial and retail sectors. You will be involved in projects for leading fund, investors, developers and landlord clients as part of one of the best teams in Manchester.

The company has grown well over the past year with some outstanding financial results and are now looking to add an additional MRICS Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Building Surveyor to their highly successful team. You will be fully experienced in running projects and maintaining and developing clients. Due to the growth and the opportunistic nature of firm, there are genuine opportunities for progression to associate and beyond.

As a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor in this team you will be working on a mixture of project and professional work including dilapidations, contract admin, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence etc. There is plenty of work to start off on from day one so no need for business development!
