Analyst – Healthcare Properties – London

Circa £30,000 + benefits

This role is working for one of the property industry’s leaders. This firm have a reputation for professionalism and quality, and their Healthcare division is go to team in the care home market.

They are looking to strengthen further by bringing in an experienced (1/2 yrs ideally) Analyst to assist with producing feasibility and viability assessments for development sites/existing care home schemes. You will also be producing care home planning needs assessment reports

You will need experience in researching markets, ideally property related.

Skills Required

Strong data analysis and report writing skills

Innovative approach to data analysis, with a good eye for detail

Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word

A flexible, organised, pro-active hands-on individual is required for this role.

A professional and helpful manner and a genuine interest in property.

You will have good WP skills with database experience, good typing and administration skills and the ability to multi-task.

This position will ideally suit a self-motivated, well presented individual with a proven background in organisation, analysis and administration.

Able to work under pressure with attention to detail and delivering high quality work.

Good commercial awareness and an interest in Property.
