Project Manager or Senior Project Manager - Construction
A dynamic property consultancy based near Mansion House, are seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager for upcoming Residential and Commercial projects in the south of England, but predominantly London.
The Company
Small enough to care about their employees but big enough to make a significant impact in the construction industry. They currently have one office in London, led by partners, but continually expanding.
The Role
The successful Project Manager will be client facing, and be the direct link between offered consultancy services and developers. The role will be working on a variety of project in a variety of sectors but mainly Residential and Commercial.
The Candidate
The successful Project Manager must be hands on and have residential and/or Commercial experience preferable, but the client is open to those who have experience which they are able to apply to a residential scheme.
Ideally from a consultancy background who has had experience of dealing with developers and who has had experience of leading/working on a large scheme.
The Project Manager should be able to demonstrate longevity in their currently role.

PLEASE NOTE: This role will only be suitable for someone with current or extremely recent UK Construction experience working for a Consultancy and MUST have operated in a CLIENT FACING ROLE as a Project Manager.
