Your new company
You will be joining an independent multi - disciplined firm of chartered surveyors who offer a wide range of professional & General Practice services to investors, lenders, developers and other occupiers. They provide a quality of service to an ever growing client base across Central & Greater London, offering a unique ability to tailor their services to meet client's requirements. The company is based in Mayfair and have recently moved into new offices

Your new role
As the Leasehold and Enfranchisement Surveyor you will be responsible for working with clients to conduct rent reviews, lease extensions or purchase freehold. You will provide valuation advise and undertake negotiations for either Leaseholders or Freeholders and be able to represent parties at Tribunals.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a MRICs Chartered Surveyor with a strong track record in Leasing and Enfranchisement You will have a strong technical knowledge around residential property law. This is a fast passed environment which is constantly growing with a willingness to learn.
