International Real Estate Advisor with multiple offices across Central London has 2 vacancies for a Senior Surveyor and Associate Director to join their Land & New Homes team.

Your new role
Assisting Directors to provide client solutions to property issues within the Land & New Homes team. You will be advising primarily on residential and mixed use development sites for sale, working with colleagues within the department and other consultants. You should be able to manage jobs from instruction to delivery. You will be expected to assist and where able to, lead pitches to secure instructions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be MRICS with experience of seeing instructions from inception through to completion.
