REMUNERATION:                    Up to £110k (DOE) + discretionary bonus + benefits package

A quite unique opportunity to join a new , disruptive and rapidly expanding Construction Consultancy at Director grade. Reporting into the proprietors you will join a successful practice now employing c50staff with a remit to lead, develop and grow a high performing Cost Management business unit and effect wider influence across the company.

The Company

This dynamic practice provides Cost, Project and ancillary construction consulting services to a broad client-base and is active across a range of private sectors including Residential, Hotel & Leisure, Luxury Retail , Commercial Offices and occasionally Education & Healthcare. It counts some really interesting clients and projects amongst its portfolio and a high percentage of work is repeat business, reflecting the quality of service and advice delivered.

The Role

This role would suit an ambitious, business-minded PQS leader demonstrating clear success and capability regarding the strategic and operational aspects of the job – both internally and externally. Entrepreneurial flair is key to the success of the role and so if you might currently feel to any extent inhibited regarding your own scope of responsibility or limitations / competition impeding your career trajectory , this is clearly an ideal context.

Your Experience

Due to the breadth of scope within this role, potential candidates must demonstrate a rounded skill-set of attributes from soft-leadership skills, marketing and bidding track record, client account management and the highest standards of service delivery on both pre & post contract instructions in the relevant sectors. Sustained experience and expertise of the London market is essential.

The Job Package

This position is rewarding a six-figure salary, discretionary bonus scheme and the opportunity to consider investing in the practice after a period of 12 months as of course, this would represent a significant commitment from both the employee and the business – full details of which will be openly discussed during client interviews. As previously indicated; this is quite unique considering the establishment and maturity of the consultancies which currently dominate the market-place.
