Assistant Quantity Surveyor

PQS / Consultancy - Cambridge - Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Residential, Commercial, Retail,

An exceptional independent multi disciplinary construction and property consultancy with multiple offices across the country are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has previous consultancy/PQS Quantity Surveying experience.

Joining as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, they will need to be professional, self-motivated and proactive with excellent organisational skills. Capable of taking direction from their line manager and representing the Practice to colleagues and clients in an appropriate manner.

They will also be responsible for working over a multitude of sectors on exciting, challenging projects and gain the support to progress through your APC and become Chartered.

Role: Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cambridge

Salary:

  • £25,000 - £35,000
  • Car allowance - negotiable

Skills/Qualifications Required

  • Working towards MRICS or MRICS
  • Relevant Degree (preferably RICS accredited)
