Graduate Building Surveyor

A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy with over 130 years in the industry and multiple offices throughout the UK is looking to add a Graduate or APC Building Surveyor to their Huddersfield Building Consultancy team.

The team has increased its turn-over by 30% for the last two years running and is looking to continue this growth and increased workload. Joining a large team of Building Surveyors, there is a great opportunity to start and grow a career within a successful team. The right candidate would be working across a range of Education, Residential and Transport projects.

This company boasts an incredibly strong APC support program with fortnightly seminars for all APC candidates as well as mock interviews and assessments from one of the directors who is an official APC assessor. The company recognises the value in supporting candidates through their APC and providing a pathway for advancing careers through the company. The company has an independent company feel whilst still having the group size to win multi-million-pound projects.

Requirements:

• RICS Degree
• 0-2 years industry experience
• Driving Licence

Salary:  

• £22,000 - £32,000 basic
• Pension
• Healthcare
