A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for an Senior/Associate Project Manager to join an award winning property and construction consultancy based in Milton Keynes.

About the client;

The business is a top 20, multi-disciplined property and construction consultancy serving all

market sectors across the UK and around the world. They deliver a number of services including project management, building surveying, cost management, architecture and civil engineering.

The business will give you full support towards your professional development and encouraged you to fulfil your potential within the partnership. You will be joining a team who are fully supported by the partner and senior team and will help them grow and develop the service line.

Current projects range from a few million up to £300 million, working across a variety of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and sports and leisure.

About the role;

This is a one of a kind opportunity, where you will be given the chance to take on a career defining project. It will be technically challenging, stimulating and something which will take your professional portfolio to the next level.

The project will be valued in the 10’s of millions and will require someone who is confident of handling projects within this remit.

About you;

You will have a construction related degree and be a member of MRICS or another professional affiliation.

You will have relevant experience in the aforementioned sectors and will have experience of taking mid to large sized projects from inception through to completion.

It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with clients and senior team members alike.
