£55,000 plus extensive benefits package

One of the world’s largest and most diverse providers of technical, professional, and construction services is seeking a building surveyor to project manage refurbishment and redevelopment schemes and provide many other services, including technical due diligence surveys, project monitoring, specification writing, contract administration, employer’s agent, neighbourly matters, dilapidations and defect diagnosis. 

They are working on a number of high-profile schemes across the commercial, retail, industrial, education, aviation, infrastructure and public sector arenas throughout Europe. Initially you will be supporting a dedicated team providing building surveying support for a substantial commercial estate in London’s West End although their significant and highly diversified client base, will allow you to enjoy a wide range of work and responsibilities to help your career accelerate.  Some travel to Europe is likely.

An MRICS building Surveyor you will have a mix of professional and contract administration expertise

You will have excellent specification writing skills and a detailed understanding of JCT Contract with a strong track record managing projects from inception to completion.
